Job Description:
The Sales Caller will be responsible for outbound cold and warm calling, telephone sales closing, and market research. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proven experience in marketing research, and the ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to sales prospects and potential leads.
• Investigate market trends, customer preferences, and industry advancements to refine sales strategies.
• Utilize targeted research and cold calling to identify and qualify potential leads.
• Maintain and update a database of leads and interactions.
• Effectively communicate the company’s services to potential customers.
• Convert prospects by nurturing relationships and following up on leads.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
• Collect feedback from leads and customers.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
• Experience in lead generation, data collection, or marketing research.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and excellent time management skills.
• Prior experience in the US market is required.

Experience:

• Telesales: 2 years (preferred)
• Market research: 1 year (preferred)
