We are expanding and looking for Sales & Marketing Executives to join our successful team!
???? Reporting to: Territory Manager
Farmer & Dealer Engagement
✔️ Act as a trusted advisor to farmers for higher-quality and better yields
✔️ Guide farmers on integrated nutrition management
✔️ Identify and provide crop-specific solutions for insect, disease, and deficiency control
✔️ Conduct farmer information sessions and meetings with agricultural experts
✔️ Schedule and meet a set number of farmers daily (new & follow-ups)
✔️ Execute at least three method demonstrations per day
✔️ Organize corner meetings, Mega Meetings, and Field Day Mahotsavs
Dealer Network & Sales Expansion
✔️ Identify & onboard new dealers from underserved regions
✔️ Expand and maintain dealer networks
✔️ Develop monthly business plans for each dealer (Excel-based)
✔️ Educate dealers on new technologies, FAQs, and product updates
✔️ Ensure timely stock updates, follow-ups on payments, and distributor claims
✔️ Handle damaged stocks, shortages, and final settlements
Brand Promotion & Awareness
✔️ Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets
✔️ Develop new customer opportunities and drive sales growth
✔️ Utilize social media & word-of-mouth marketing to enhance brand awareness
✔️ Represent the company at agricultural meetups, Kisan Melas, and exhibitions
✔️ Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and sales strategies
Reporting & Compliance
✔️ Create a tour schedule (15 days in advance)
✔️ Provide daily updates on the Agri Insta App
✔️ Report sales successes & challenges to the Territory Manager
✔️ Communicate new product requirements
✔️ Submit daily, monthly, and expense reports on time
✅ Strong sales & marketing abilities
✅ Excellent customer service, negotiation & communication skills
✅ Well-organized and solution-oriented mindset
✅ Ability to prioritize tasks and pay attention to detail
???? Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field
???? 0-4 years of experience in agrochemical, fertilizer, or pesticide sales
???? Knowledge of crop patterns, pest management, and seasonal crops
???? Understanding of agrochemicals, pesticides, and fertilizers
