CTC: ₹5,00,000 - ₹6,50,000 per year

Job Description:

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful social media strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and generating leads for our SaaS products. You will play a key role in building and managing our online community and ensuring our presence on social media platforms is dynamic and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
• Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content, including text, images, and videos, for various social media channels.
• Content Calendar Management: Oversee and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across all platforms.
• Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate a positive online community.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Paid Social Campaigns: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to reach a broader audience and drive conversions.
• Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote our products and expand reach.
• Video Production: Shoot and edit videos for social media, including product demos, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in social media marketing.
• Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Content Creation: Excellent skills in writing, photography, and video production.
• Social Media Tools: Proficiency in using social media management tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics.
• Collaboration & Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion: A genuine passion for social media and digital marketing.

Preferred Skills:

• CMS & Automation Tools: Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
• SaaS Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS products and the e-commerce industry.
• SEO & Paid Advertising: Basic understanding of SEO and paid advertising strategies.
