We are looking for a Junior Social Media Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, create engaging content, and drive brand awareness across social media platforms.

Job Summary

As a Junior Social Media Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of our social media strategy. You will assist in content creation, managing social media platforms, and engaging with our audience to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management:

✅ Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, and videos) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
✅ Research and develop fresh content ideas related to pickleball, sports trends, and brand promotions.
✅ Edit and enhance visual content using Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
✅ Ensure content aligns with the brand’s voice, aesthetics, and marketing goals.

Social Media Growth & Engagement:

✅ Manage daily posting and interactions on all social media platforms.
✅ Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
✅ Engage with influencers, sports communities, and pickleball enthusiasts to build brand presence.
✅ Track and analyze audience engagement and social media trends to optimize content strategy.

Campaign Support & Reporting:

✅ Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, and events.
✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to implement paid social media strategies.
✅ Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
✅ Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

???? Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

???? 6 months - 2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.

Skills & Abilities:

✔ Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
✔ Creativity and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
✔ Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools (preferred but not mandatory).
✔ Strong writing and communication skills.
✔ Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
✔ Passion for sports and fitness (a plus).
