Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Sales – Chennai)

Job Details

• Salary: ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 per month
• Job Type: Full-time
• Shift: Day shift (Monday to Friday) + Weekend availability
• Location: Tambaram West, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Job Requirements:

???? Only male candidates preferred
???? No Work-from-Home – Field & Office-based role
???? Must own a two-wheeler & have a valid driving license
???? Candidates from Tambaram or nearby areas preferred
???? Experience in Construction/Retail Sales/Builders/Infrastructure/Lubricants Sales is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
✔️ Actively seek out new sales prospects and meet clients in-person & virtually
✔️ Deliver presentations on products and services to potential customers
✔️ Prepare and submit sales and financial reports regularly
✔️ Negotiate and close deals, handling customer queries and complaints with team support
✔️ Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business goals
✔️ Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
✔️ Demonstrate and present products to clients
✔️ Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Qualifications & Skills:

???? Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering
???? Experience:

• Minimum 1 year in field sales (Required)
• B2B sales in construction materials (Preferred)
  ???? Languages: Fluent Tamil & basic English (Required)
  ???? License: Valid Two-Wheeler License (Required)
