Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Team Leader for our Holiday Packages division to oversee the development, marketing, and execution of holiday packages for Africa, Europe, and the USA. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of travel consultants, ensuring high standards of customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and manage a portfolio of holiday packages, ensuring they meet market demands and customer preferences.
✔ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of travel consultants specializing in holiday packages for Africa, Europe, and the USA.
✔ Collaborate with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and other partners to negotiate the best rates and services.
✔ Sell customized holiday packages to USA, Africa, and European destinations, tailoring them to client preferences and needs.
✔ Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their travel desires and ensuring all expectations are met.
✔ Provide end-to-end assistance, from package selection to booking and post-sales support.
✔ Train, motivate, and provide ongoing support to the team to ensure high performance.
✔ Monitor and ensure that the team provides exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
✔ Track key performance metrics for the team and report to senior management.
✔ Stay informed about travel regulations, visa requirements, and industry trends for Africa, Europe, and the USA.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ 5+ years of experience in the travel industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in holiday packages or tour operations.
✔ Strong knowledge of destinations in Africa, Europe, and the USA.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Proven ability to drive sales, meet targets, and manage a team effectively.
✔ In-depth understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.
