Position: Operation Executive
Location: Noida, Sector-30

Pay: ₹10,014.44 - ₹32,922.37 per month
Shift & Schedule: Day shift

Job Responsibilities:

✔ Handle domestic ticketing operations efficiently.
✔ Process PNR creation, fare calculations, and ticketing through GDS/airline portals.
✔ Provide fare comparisons, best route options, and cost-effective travel solutions.
✔ Manage group bookings and coordinate with airlines for special requests.
✔ Ensure seamless client communication regarding itinerary changes, refunds, and policies.
✔ Address customer queries and resolve booking-related issues promptly.
✔ Maintain accurate records of all ticketing transactions and prepare reports.
✔ Stay updated with airline policies, promotions, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

???? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Travel & Tourism or a related field.
???? 3-6 years of experience in domestic ticketing operations.
???? Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) and airline portals.
???? Strong knowledge of domestic flight routes, fares, and airline policies.
???? Excellent communication and customer service skills.
???? High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
???? Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
