Key Responsibilities

• Deliver packages and products to customers' homes or businesses within the designated area in Bengaluru.
• Ensure that deliveries are completed on time, with accuracy and professionalism.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns during the delivery process.
• Handle all goods with care, ensuring packages are delivered in good condition.
• Follow the established delivery routes and adjust them as necessary to avoid delays or traffic issues.
• Report any delivery issues, delays, or challenges to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Use the company's delivery app to log deliveries, track performance, and maintain communication with the logistics team.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and promptly report any maintenance issues.
• Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while on the job.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Access to a vehicle (bike, scooter, or car) for deliveries.
• Ability to navigate the local area using GPS or maps.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
• Basic knowledge of smartphone apps for tracking deliveries and managing routes.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work during peak hours or weekends if required.
• A positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.

Experience

• Previous delivery experience or experience in customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in using mobile apps for delivery tracking is a plus.

Working Hours
