Job Description:
We are looking for a charismatic, practical, and highly articulate individual to drive the company forward. You will be responsible for selecting high-quality locations for filming and acting as the main point of contact between our clients and location owners. The success of your work will be measured by the revenue generated from the productions you help to secure, with uncapped monthly bonuses based on your performance. This role will involve liaising with both clients and location owners to match them with the right filming sites using our online database.

As the key contact, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, negotiating deals, organizing logistics, and finalizing contracts. You will also collaborate with the team to maximize the number of relevant location options and increase conversion rates while continuously following up on leads.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Select and recommend filming locations based on client requests.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and location owners.
  • Negotiate deals, coordinate logistics, and finalize contracts between both parties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Keep a detailed track of all negotiations, contracts, and location options in the database.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to maximize success.
  • Meet set targets and follow up on all inquiries.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong equipment and software skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive, CRMs).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and confident phone manner.
  • Negotiation skills with the ability to finalize deals.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Proactive with a positive attitude and determination to succeed.
  • Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of basic mathematics.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Passion for locations, whether they be scenes or structures.
  • Ability to adapt to new IT platforms and work efficiently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Educational Requirements:

  • Degree (preferred but not essential). If you do not have a degree, relevant experience demonstrating your ability to succeed in the role will be considered.
  • A certificate showing English proficiency is preferred.

Experience Required:

  • 2+ years in sales, business development, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record of generating revenue and meeting targets.
  • Experience in problem-solving and overcoming challenges.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: ₹45,000 - ₹75,000 per month.
