Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Mulund, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Work Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift: Day Shift
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

As a Sales Coordinator at Vivanda Connoisseur, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely deliveries to customers. Your main tasks will include:

• Assisting in order processing and ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinating with internal teams (logistics, accounts, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Tracking deliveries and addressing any issues to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Maintaining accurate sales records and documentation.
• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and customer communication.
• Gaining a deep understanding of the gourmet cheese business to better assist in sales efforts.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Quickly and efficiently resolving customer complaints.

Requirements:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts and Sciences is preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years in sales coordination or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi is required; Marathi is preferred.
