Role Overview – Senior Manager, Regional Sales (India)

As the Senior Manager, Regional Sales – India, you will be responsible for leading and expanding Menlo Security’s business across India. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing brand presence while ensuring operational excellence.

This is a leadership role requiring strong sales acumen, industry knowledge, and the ability to build high-performing teams.


Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales Strategy

  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for India, aligning with Menlo Security’s global vision.

  • Drive revenue growth through direct enterprise sales and channel partnerships.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in sectors such as BFSI, IT, Government, and other critical industries.

2. Partnership & Channel Management

  • Establish and strengthen relationships with channel partners, resellers, and managed security service providers (MSSPs).

  • Design and implement channel enablement programs to ensure partner success.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute localized campaigns to drive brand awareness.

3. Customer Engagement & Thought Leadership

  • Represent Menlo Security at industry events, conferences, and forums across India.

  • Engage with C-level executives, CISOs, and IT leaders to promote Menlo’s cybersecurity solutions.

  • Provide insights on cybersecurity trends, regulatory frameworks, and market needs to shape product offerings.

4. Operational & People Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing team in India across sales, marketing, and technical support.

  • Oversee business operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer success.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of sales and sales management experience, preferably in a leadership role.

  • Sales & Leadership Skills:

    • Proven track record of scaling business operations and achieving revenue targets in India.

    • Strong leadership in managing high-performing sales teams.

    • Ability to engage with large enterprises, government agencies, and regulated industries.

    • Expertise in building relationships with CISOs, IT leaders, and channel partners.

  • Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving:

    • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.

    • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity.

  • Communication & Negotiation:

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
