Job Description

The role primarily involves assisting clients in planning and booking their holiday packages. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, offering the best travel options, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage with clients/prospects to address their holiday package inquiries.
• Understand client requirements and recommend the best packages.
• Assist clients in finalizing and booking their travel plans.
• Use CRM tools and the company’s website to support customer needs.
• Participate in training sessions on sales processes, products, tools, and more.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate from any field.
• Experience:
  • Sales/Customer Service in Travel, Airlines, or Hospitality industries.
  • Strong knowledge of leisure destinations (domestic and international).
• Skills:
  • Self-motivated and passionate about travel sales.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in understanding client requirements and providing tailored travel solutions.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience:
  • Previous experience in sales or within the travel/airline/hospitality industry is a must.
• Work Environment:
  • Quiet and dedicated workspace at home.
  • A laptop/desktop, broadband connection, and mobile phone.
• Availability:
  • Must be available to work from home for 22–24 days per month.
