Position: Associate Consultant
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Job Type: Full-time


Purpose:

The primary role of the Associate Consultant is to provide comprehensive administrative support to US domestic and international Relocation Consultants and Real Estate Specialists. This position is essential in ensuring seamless relocations, enhancing customer experiences, and contributing to the success of our global operations.


Your Role & Accountabilities:

Operational Support

✔ Assist the Relocation Team with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow.
✔ Process US real estate-related tasks, managing requests submitted to a central inbox.
✔ Maintain client policies within our system, ensuring they are always up to date.
✔ Upload and attach necessary documents to Cartus’s Proprietary Relocation Management System for accurate record-keeping.
✔ Prepare and organize document packages for customers and agents, ensuring completeness.
✔ Identify, prepare, and forward important disclosure documents to relevant departments or external parties.
✔ Update and create orders for Broker Market Analyses (BMAs) to determine property values.
✔ Keep the system updated with market information and promptly notify Relocation Consultants of any updates.

Navigation within Cartus’s Proprietary Relocation Management System

✔ Authorize and oversee Cartus’s suppliers, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
✔ Maintain and verify data accuracy in the Relocation Management System to ensure reliable information.

Efficient Payment Tracking & Document Management

✔ Track vendor payments, including leases, security deposits, and customer payments.
✔ Monitor property leases and school deposits to ensure timely payments.
✔ Manage the retrieval of security deposits for leases and school payments.
✔ Maintain organized spreadsheets for payments and report payroll data to clients.
✔ Review and approve vendor invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
✔ Validate and prepare immigration documents, obtaining necessary signatures as required.

Additional Responsibilities

✔ Create and personalize letters and templates for various purposes.
✔ Generate insightful reports for managers based on team or client needs.
✔ Image and upload important documents (e.g., leases, invoices) to support team workflow.
✔ Support the team by taking on additional administrative and operational duties as needed.

Experience You Need:

???? 1-2 years of experience in customer service, relocation, real estate, destination services, immigration, moving services, HR outsourcing (expatriates’ payroll), hospitality (hotel concierge, airlines), or international business.
???? Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to review data, detect errors, and ensure data quality.
???? Advanced Excel skills preferred.
???? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
???? Bilingual skills and/or expatriate experience are a plus.
