Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in working with customers, executives, and technical leads.

• Experience in building chatbots or voicebots.

• 3 years of experience in computational linguistics or engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with launching chatbot or voicebot applications.

• Experience building cloud-based conversational AI solutions.

• Experience with natural language processing and related concepts.

• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills in AI or Machine Learning.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

About the Job

As a Technical Solutions Consultant at Google, you will manage the technical relationship with Google’s largest advertising clients and product partners. Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to deliver cutting-edge solutions for our clients. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the execution and operations of Google's advertising platforms and product partnerships.

You will balance business needs with technical constraints, developing innovative solutions while consulting with stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include building tools and automating products, as well as overseeing technical execution and developing product strategy.

Google Cloud enables organizations to digitally transform their businesses, providing enterprise-grade solutions leveraging Google’s technology and tools. Google Cloud customers in over 200 countries and territories rely on its services for growth and to solve critical business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Build virtual agent solutions on Google’s core conversational AI platforms like Dialogflow.

• Collaborate with customer technical leads, client executives, and partners to scope, manage, and deliver Contact Center AI solutions.

• Act as a trusted advisor to decision-makers throughout client engagements.

• Manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks/issues, and timelines to ensure successful client outcomes.

• Advocate for customer needs, overcome adoption blockers, and drive feature development based on field experience.

• Propose solution architectures and manage the deployment of cloud-based virtual agent solutions, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and implementation best practices.

• Travel approximately 30% of the time for client engagements.
