Job Responsibilities

???? Claims Processing & Evaluation
✔ Evaluate and process insurance claims based on policy terms, client prescriptions, and invoices
✔ Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility
✔ Investigate and resolve claim discrepancies or denials
✔ Reach daily processing goals of 80-100 claims
✔ Maintain accurate and detailed records of processed claims

Compensation & Performance-Based Pay

???? Base Salary: ₹25,000 per month (subject to performance post-probation)

???? Per-Claim Incentives:
▪ ₹12 per claim (for up to 70 claims per day)
▪ ₹15 per claim (for 70-100 claims per day)
▪ ₹20 per claim (for 100+ claims per day)

Work Schedule & Training

???? Working Hours: 07:00 AM – 11:00 PM (One weekly off + One emergency leave per month)
???? Training & Probation:
▪ A one-hour training session will be provided
▪ A 15-day probation period (Joining letter issued post-probation)

Salary Cycle & Deductions

???? Per-Case Payouts: 15th–20th of every month
???? Monthly Salary Payouts: 5th–7th of every month
???? TDS Deduction: 10% (Claimable)

Requirements

✔ Laptop & WiFi are mandatory for work
✔ Ability to work remotely with strong time management skills
✔ Good analytical & problem-solving skills
