Job Title: Account Executive (Remote – Work from Home)

Location: Remote
Pay: ₹10,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Target Candidate: Female professionals with a background in core accounting

Qualifications

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / CMA Intermediate

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in core accounting (preferably in the manufacturing sector)

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced female Account Executive to manage client accounting operations remotely. The role requires strong technical accounting skills, particularly in cost accounting and financial reporting under GAAP/Ind-AS. Candidates should have experience handling manufacturing data and working with ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client accounts using accounting software

• Set up and structure accounting ledgers and systems

• Reconcile accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial data

• Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with GAAP/Ind-AS

• Analyze financial and production data from manufacturing operations

• Handle cost accounting and collaborate on budgeting

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to improve accounting processes

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal controls

Skills Required

• In-depth knowledge of GAAP/Ind-AS

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent time management and communication abilities

• Familiarity with cost accounting, ERP systems, and data visualization tools (preferred)
