We’re seeking a detail-oriented Finance Intern to support our finance team with day-to-day operations, payments, record-keeping, and compliance.

???? Key Responsibilities

• Track all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, and statements

• Maintain historical records and verify expense reports for employee payments

• Manage vendor payments and ensure timely bill settlements

• Match receipts with reimbursement claims

• Perform financial transactions: verify, classify, and record accounts payable data

• Prepare bills, invoices, and manage bank deposits

• Facilitate timely payments by sending bill reminders and following up with clients

• Assist with sales and service tax submission and payments via government portals

• Stay updated on regulatory changes related to financial payments

• Support with ad hoc tasks and finance-related projects as needed

• Interest in finance, accounting, or related fields

• Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities independently
