Accounts Payable Executive

???? Pay: ₹4,00,000 - ₹5,00,000 per year
???? Type of Work: Full-time
???? Shift & Schedule: Monday to Friday, Availability on weekends

As a premier Wholesale and Retail Motor Fuel supplier in Metro New York and New Jersey, Bolla supplies fuel to 200+ company locations and an additional 100 Wholesale Dealers. Through Bolla Transport, we haul Motor Fuel across New York and New Jersey and construct Ultra-Modern upscale Gas Stations with C-Stores.

Job Responsibilities

???? Invoice Processing & Vendor Reconciliation
✔ Timely matching and posting of purchase invoices into ERP (SSCS)
✔ Perform vendor reconciliation – match purchase invoices with vendor statements
✔ Manage large invoice data and drive automation in processing

???? Payment & Accounts Management
✔ Monitor complete payment cycle and ensure payments are made on time
✔ Prepare due date schedules and meet deadlines for payments
✔ Resolve queries related to purchase invoices and supplier accounts
✔ Take ownership of vendor invoice payments and reconciliation

???? Reporting & Auditing
✔ Prepare daily workflow reports and weekly/monthly financial reports
✔ Audit team-posted invoices to ensure accuracy
✔ Prepare Journal Entries and Bank Reconciliation

???? Team & Vendor Coordination
✔ Serve as the main point of contact between Onsite, Offsite, and Vendors
✔ Lead and manage a team of 10-20 members
✔ Step in and complete tasks in the absence of team members

Requirements

✔ Experience:
▪ 5-8 years in Accounts Payable or Operations
▪ Experience with ERP or SAP software

✔ Technical Skills:
▪ Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
▪ Strong knowledge of the complete payment cycle

✔ Soft Skills:
▪ Multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management
▪ Ability to work under tight deadlines
▪ Excellent communication skills (English mandatory, Hindi preferred)

✔ Additional Requirements:
▪ Willingness to work on weekends when required
▪ Able to handle large invoice data and drive automation
