Senior Executive - Finance

???? Salary: Starting from ₹50,000 per month

Job Overview:

The Senior Executive - Finance will assist the Finance Manager in overseeing the company's financial operations. The role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and strategic planning while ensuring accurate financial records and leading the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Accounting & Compliance:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
• Ensure timely deposits of statutory dues such as TDS, ESI, PF, GST, RCM, Equalization Levy, etc.
• Verify payments and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Assist in audits and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

✔ Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including TDS & GST returns, and financial statements
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Assist in budget preparation, strategic financial planning, and management reports

✔ Team Leadership & Coordination:

• Supervise and guide finance team members
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes

Requirements:

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CA dropout preferred)
✅ Experience: Minimum 8 years in finance/accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
✅ Skills:

• Strong knowledge of financial principles, taxation, and compliance
• Proficiency in Tally software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and integrity
