Auditor - US Accounting (Night Shift, Remote)

???? Shift: Night Shift (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM IST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Auditor to review financial books, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of US GAAP, and excellent communication abilities to present findings to US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Auditing & Compliance:

✔ Conduct detailed audits of financial statements, ledgers, and records
✔ Verify accuracy and completeness of financial data
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies and US GAAP/IFRS standards
✔ Identify discrepancies and errors in financial statements

Financial Reporting:

✔ Review and prepare financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements)
✔ Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local financial laws
✔ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

Client Communication & Presentation:

✔ Present financial reports and audit findings to US-based clients
✔ Explain key financial metrics and recommendations
✔ Provide strategic insights to assist clients in financial decision-making

Documentation & Process Improvement:

✔ Maintain accurate audit documentation, work papers, and reports
✔ Identify and recommend process improvements for compliance
✔ Stay updated with changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and US tax laws

Requirements:

✅ Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
✅ Experience:

• 3+ years in financial auditing (Required)
• Exposure to US-based clients (Preferred)
  ✅ Certifications:
• Pursuing CA/ACCA (Preferred)
  ✅ Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP & IFRS
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar accounting software
  ✅ Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong client communication and presentation skills
  ✅ Language: English fluency (Required)
  ✅ Shift Availability: Night Shift (Required)
