You will support, consult, and strategize with Google’s clients, ensuring their business and marketing goals are met. You’ll work closely with clients to help them adopt Google products effectively, improve campaign performance, and maximize their digital marketing success.
In this role, you will be part of the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sales Team, which partners with Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs)—the backbone of communities. Your job will be to understand client needs, drive agreements, and help businesses scale through Google’s digital advertising solutions.
✔️ Set quarterly goals for product adoption and business growth
✔️ Identify growth opportunities, manage risks, and develop multi-quarter plans
✔️ Guide businesses in annual budget planning for digital marketing
✔️ Deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve client marketing goals
✔️ Develop and present Google Ads strategies to improve campaign performance
✔️ Influence and educate clients on Google’s advertising solutions
✔️ Build and manage strong client and agency relationships
